ABOUT GENESIS HEARTH

Gary and Debra are the Founders of Genesis Hearth, a Contemplative Spirituality & Christ Conscious Living community rooted in daily practice, elemental rhythms, and the quiet work of coming home to God and to oneself.

Together, they write about relationships, healing, Christ Conscious Living, and the journey of becoming more fully human through love, presence, wisdom, and grace.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Gary Cooper
Gary Cooper grew up in the church and always hungered for something more. As an adult, he spent many years in leadership and business ownership, roles that helped shape the reflections found throughout the Tree of Life series. He is also a United States Army Veteran whose life experiences continue to influence his reflections on faith, identity, rest, and learning to live with greater peace, presence, and trust.

Debra Cooper
Debra Cooper grew up throughout the United States. She loved the adventure along the way and yet longed for something steady and rooted. As an adult, she spent many years seeking through church, transformational work, and contemplative living, eventually discovering the quiet recognition that many of the answers we seek are already within us, God-given.
She is also an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church. Debra holds certification in health and nutrition coaching, bringing a whole-person approach to her work with others.
She has written for many years as a form of prayer, solace, reflection, and simple love of the written word.
